• Security Deposit – A refundable security deposit is required at check-in and will be returned at checkout, provided no damages occur.
• Check-in & Check-out – Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
• Music & Noise Restrictions – Outdoor loud music is not allowed after 10:00 PM as per local regulations. Guests may enjoy music indoors at a moderate volume.
• Pool & Terrace Usage – The private pool and terrace offer stunning views, but guests must use them responsibly. Children should always be supervised.
• Caretaker & Housekeeping – A full-time caretaker is available for assistance, and daily housekeeping is provided. However, the caretaker does not cook.
• Cooking & Kitchen Use – The fully equipped kitchen is available for guest use, and a cook-on-demand service is offered at an additional charge.
• Power Backup – The villa is equipped with a genset backup to ensure an uninterrupted power supply.
• ID Verification – All guests must provide government-issued ID proof at check-in as per local regulations.
