Other things to note:

• Geyser, hair dryer, washing machine, CCTV, first aid kit, iron & ironing board, and fire extinguisher are available for your convenience.
• Security Deposit – A refundable security deposit is required at check-in and will be returned at checkout, provided no damages occur.
• Check-in & Check-out – Standard check-in time is 1:00 PM, and check-out is 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Extra bedding is available upon request and may incur additional charges.
• 24/7 Concierge Support: Round-the-clock assistance for all your needs (getting groceries, beverage shopping etc). Please note that the caretaker doesn’t stay overnight inside the villa but is available for assistance during the night.
