Other things to note:

• Security Deposit – A refundable security deposit is required at check-in. It will be returned at checkout, provided no damages occur.
• Check-in & Check-out – Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
• Music & Noise Restrictions – Loud music is not allowed outdoors after 10:00 PM, in compliance with local regulations.
• Pool & Jacuzzi Usage – Pool and jacuzzi use is at guest’s own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.
• Cooking & Kitchen Use – The kitchen is fully equipped for guest use. A cook-on-demand service is available at an additional charge.
• Caretaker & Housekeeping – Daily housekeeping is included. The caretaker is available for assistance but does not cook.
• Power Backup – The villa has genset backup, ensuring an uninterrupted power supply during your stay.
• ID Verification – All guests must provide valid government-issued ID proof at check-in as per local regulations.
• Pets & Smoking – Pets are not allowed inside the villa, and smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
• Guest Limit – Only the number of guests confirmed during booking is allowed to stay. Outside visitors must be pre-approved.
