The space:

• 4 Ensuite Bedrooms – With four cozy bedrooms, this villa promises comfort and charm. Three rooms overlook the pool & two include private balconies.

Other things to note:

• Security Deposit – A refundable security deposit is required at check-in and will be returned at checkout, provided no damages occur.
• Check-in & Check-out – Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Music & Noise Policy – Outdoor loud music is not allowed after 10:00 PM as per local regulations. Guests may enjoy music indoors at a moderate volume.
• Caretaker & Housekeeping – A full-time caretaker is available for assistance, and complimentary daily housekeeping is provided. However, the caretaker does not cook.
• Cooking & Kitchen Use – The fully equipped kitchen is available for guest use, and a cook-on-demand service is offered at an additional charge.
• Power Backup – The villa is equipped with a genset backup to ensure an uninterrupted power supply.
• Guest Limit & ID Verification – Only the confirmed number of guests at the time of booking are allowed to stay. Outside visitors require prior approval. All guests must provide government-issued ID proof at check-in as per local regulations.
• Pets & Smoking – Pets are not allowed, and smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
• Extra Beddings – Available on request and may incur additional charges.
• Villa Amenities – The villa is equipped with a geyser, hair dryer, washing machine, CCTV, first aid kit, iron & iron board, and fire extinguisher for added convenience.
