• Security Deposit – A refundable security deposit is required at check-in and will be returned at checkout, provided no damages occur.
• Check-in & Check-out – Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
• Music & Noise Restrictions – Outdoor loud music is not allowed after 10:00 PM, in compliance with local regulations.
• Pool & Terrace Usage – The infinity pool and terrace offer stunning views; however, guests must use them responsibly.
• Children should be supervised at all times.
• Caretaker & Housekeeping – The caretaker is available for assistance, and daily housekeeping is provided. However, the caretaker does not cook.
• Cooking & Kitchen Use – The kitchen is fully equipped for guest use, and a cook-on-demand service is available at an additional charge.
